Director/ Financial Advice Specialist

Gloria commenced her career in Financial Advice in 2006, and has been helping people from all walks of life ever since. Gloria assists clients to forward plan, in turn to achieve better financial and lifestyle outcomes. With a true passion for customer service, and quality financial advice, it was these drivers that motivated Gloria to found Retire Ready Financial Planning in 2015.

Gloria enjoys gaining an in-depth understanding of her client’s, from what makes them jump for joy, to what causes them to lose sleep at night. This allows for Gloria to personalise a financial plan, and work strategically with client’s to meet their goals, both now and into the future.  Financial advice that is truly tailored to the client.

Gloria has a passion for helping her client’s live their best retirement years. Retirement planning is a journey, and not one that can be achieved overnight. Strategies take into consideration not only client goal’s, but a balance of cash flow needs, complex government legislation, as well as investment markets to provide quality financial advice.

The friendly face you’ll meet at the front desk of Retire Ready Financial Planning, Leanne has enjoyed a career in the banking and finance sector that has spanned three decades!

With extensive experience in providing quality customer service, Leanne has held numerous positions dealing directly with clients and, as a highly organised person, enjoys helping them to organise their affairs. Leanne is detail oriented, and works alongside Gloria to ensure clients have all the information, checklists and paperwork needed to reach their financial goals. Leanne is able to troubleshoot problems, takes a keen interest in client well-being and satisfaction.

A proud long-time resident of Melbourne’s west, Leanne is a die-hard Hawthorn Football Team supporter and enjoys cooking for her family and visiting new places.
